Byron Bay Pretzels is a pretzel product bakery based in Mullumbimby, dedicated to providing the community with the highest quality, freshly made pretzel products. Whether you encounter us at a market, café, or retail outlet, the experience of tasting our handcrafted treats should evoke a sense of joy and satisfaction. Our mission is simple: to put a smile on your face and fill your stomach with contentment through our delicious textures and flavors. This is the essence of who we are. Please be aware that our Mullumbimby address is currently a production kitchen only, without a shop-front. Pretzel products can be ordered in advance for delivery or organized pick up.

Pretzels

The classic. A delicious Pretzel shaped the Swabian style, with thin loops and a big belly. Have it with a topping of salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds or onion flakes with cheese.

Pretzel buns

Perfect for those that like to make a pretzel sandwich, sweet or savoury. Cut it in half and add your favorite toppings. Make it a snack or make it a meal.

Pretzel mini – baguette

Traditionally one of the favorite versions to have covered in cheese. Otherwise, fantastic to cut in half and make a nice, fresh sandwich out of it.

Great version to pull apart and dip in a coffee, or with an appealing look as a snack during a function.

Pretzel cracker

At present, Byron Bay Pretzels has a flexible delivery schedule. For sizable orders of 50+ pretzels, we are delighted to accommodate your request for baking and delivery on any preferred day. Feel free to reach out to us with your order inquiry today. While our usual minimum order is 30 Pretzels, exceptions are possible on days where orders can be combined.
